New Store Opening - Store Manager Wanted ASAP! - Up to £40K in Chelsea

looking for an experienced Store Manager to set up a new store in the Chelsea area for premium lifestyle brand.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate results in a similar role.

- Maximise sales by driving results through the Store Team
- Adhere to visual merchandising basic principles and display and layout guidelines
- Ensure the key operational processes for delivery, replenishment, stock and cash management are followed and retail standards are - maintained throughout the store
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver store KPIs and personal objectives
- Provide feedback, coaching and support to maximise the performance of each employee
- Conduct performance reviews and one-to-ones with the team in line with company guidelines

A multi-tasker is required with a demonstrable essential skillset:

- Proven Store Management experience within a retail environment
- Thorough understanding of the operational requirements, processes and success factors of a store environment
- Proven ability of successfully delivering within target-driven environments
- Proven ability of establishing highly motivated retail teams
- Excellent communicator with the power to influence and persuade
- A proactive team player with the ability to approach decision-making in a confident and concise manner
- Natural ability to deliver an outstanding level of customer service
