Showroom Manager

Our client, an amazing lifestyle brand, is currently looking for two Showroom Managers, one based in West London, one based in South West London. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Showroom, driving optimal customer experience and therefore sales, and ensuring the team and merchandising reflect the brand at all times. You will manage a large team and motivate, train and develop them to achieve outstanding performance whilst creating and maintaining a great working culture which reflects the brand’s values. 

Key Responsibilities include:

To have a passion for the brand and product, which aids you in delivering an amazing customer experience within the Showroom
Leading a true customer facing team and maximising sales and profitability, through driving passion for the brand and product
Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager in setting KPIs, which will motivate and provide objectives to the team 
Managing and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate the use of product knowledge and enthusiasm to maximise sales.
Ensuring that all stock within the Showroom is correctly and clearly priced at all times
Strategically managing the Store operations, taking responsibility for key decisions made at a local level

Key Skills required:

Proven experience managing and motivating a team and driving their performance to exemplify company values and service expectations
Outstanding customer service skills 
Strong interpersonal skills interacting with customers and team in varying situations
Proven retail experience in a busy and fast paced environment.
Experience promoting brand culture and identity in order to drive sales
Ability to form and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation
