Job Type
1. Formulating annual strategic planning for European market; deploying quarterly
and annual marketing plans and operational strategies; organising implementations on work plans and fiscal budgets as approved by the Group; facilitating and leading various departments on carrying out enhancement programmes according to marketing and operational plans; with accordance to the company's business objectives on international market aim on achieving regional market performance goals ultimately;

2. Organising development of the corresponding commodity and its circulation according to the annual target and plan on the European market, including research on product structure, category planning, price planning, product lifecycle for the regional market;

3. Coordinating on management of fashion centre in Europe with maintaining a good convergence on the Group headquarters' design centre so as to ensure the rapid delivery on fashion trend and the promotion on the entire development of products progress on the European market;

4. Formulating sales strategies and policies on visual image of the shops for European market according to consumers' behaviour of the region and the Group's branding strategy; reflecting market information to the Group headquarters at a timely basis in order to enhance the company's brand at the local market for the continuous widespread on its popularity and reputation.

Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 8 years or above experience on marketing management;
2. Familiar with consumers' demand on European market, with strong sense on market observation, excellent awareness on business and market;
3. Familiar with sales management and rundown on product design of fast-changing fashion industry, with a strong sense of analytical and decisive mind;
4. With a strong sense of communication, coordination and leadership skills.
