Excitingly within the Jewellery world there are still opportunities to grow regional market share within a locality who’s consumers you know so well.

Our client is a family owned Retail Jewellery business that has enterprisingly identified a further trading location that would suit their product & service speciality and a new store is soon set to open.

Widely regarded within their field they have won commendation for their store standards and specialise in marketing their own brand of diamond jewellery alongside top selling watch & fashion jewellery brands.

To be a Store Manager - you will need to already possess proven leadership skills  ( Asst. Mngr or Manager ) though not be adverse to involving your own talents at every level of retail service .

A perfect background of course would be a Jewellery trade upbringing and even more desirable for our client is for this individual to hold recognised industry accreditations such as JET 1 / JET 2 and beyond.

When opening in a new location the challenge is to  immediately deliver a higher more meaningful standard that has possibly been the operational case previously this will take concentration , commitment alongside just sheer hard work .

Assisted by a dedicated full time Retail Sales Consultant team you will need to ensure in-store processes and standards are ever being perfectly implemented and offer firm support to ensure sales performance targets set are accomplished in the right way. The eye being on developing a future long term performance rich store that this growing independently family owned group can be justly proud.

Initially there will be quite a fanfare as to being the ‘new jeweller in town ‘ so it is important to have the presence of character to feel comfortable with carrying both this responsibility & high community service expectation.

There will be a full company induction whereby training on systems , products and management protocol will be amply covered - once the store has concluded the refit process - you and your team will be then ready to roll !
