Our client, an amazing lifestyle brand, is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager based in South West London. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the Showroom, driving optimal customer experience and therefore sales, and ensuring the team and merchandising reflect the brand at all times. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Resolve tricky customer queries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, escalate to the Store manager when necessary
Inspire and support the team to provide the best  experience, to directly impact sales
Observe and mentor the team, to capably provide feedback for improvement and development
In conjunction with Manager assess store performance via sales and footfall statistics to identify opportunities for growth
In conjunction with the Manager maintain and set staff rotas

Key Skills required:

Proven previous experience within customer facing roles
Outstanding customer service skills 
Strong interpersonal skills interacting with customers and team in varying situations
Proven retail experience in a busy and fast paced environment.
Experience promoting brand culture and identity in order to drive sales
Ability to form and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation
