Our client is a global accessories and footwear business and they have a fantastic new opportunity for an Area Manager to join them covering the South East. This role is to effectively represent the business regionally and nationally and lead and grow a team of field services representatives.
Within this role you will be frequently visiting stores around the country to monitor sales and standards, implement pos and promotions and train teams in store. You will also be responsible for driving individual and team performance targets.
To be considered for this position you should already be at Area Manager or Cluster Manager level. You will have a proven track record of effective people management, previous experience of managing budgets, profit and loss, experience in managing key projects and be able to demonstrate success in implementing best practise operating procedures.
You should have excellent communication skills, previous team management experience, great organisation skills and commercial awareness.
