Concession Manager | Luxury RTW
Our client based in a luxury department store is currently looking for an inspirational Manager with a hands on approach to step in and take control of the business. Your focus on providing a memorable customer experience will help to drive the business to maximise sales and increase profits. Our client is an ambitious and expanding brand with a very clear vision, so we're looking for retail leaders who share these values, with the drive and passion to progress.
About The Management Role:
- To lead the Team through effective engagement, coaching and development to deliver service that is second to none
- Involvement and awareness of the importance of business performance, KPI’s
- Brand ambassador, ensuring the integrity of the brand at all times and demonstrating the professional presence and confidence needed to lead and influence others within their team
- Ensuring the shop floor operates smoothly with product availability and merchandising as a top priority
- Consistent experience in managing a fashion retail brand at least 1-2 years
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage staff
- Commitment, drive and passion for the brand and products
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of the store
- Financial awareness of budgets, margins, KPI’s and operating costs
- The ability to consistently be a model of company values and principles
- Ideally you will be an experienced Store Manger however we will welcome applications from established Assistant or Deputy Managers looking for their next career step
