A luxury accessories brand is opening at the Trafford Centre. They are recruiting Full & Part-Time Supervisors
Your new company
Your new company have been established in their market for over 20 years. They sell a range of both branded and own name luxury accessories for women of all age ranges and tastes. Due to their continued success, they are now opening their first store in the North West and have selected the Trafford Centre as their new home. Their new store opening is fast approaching, and they are looking to recruit both a full-time (40hrs) and part-time (32hrs) Store Supervisor.
Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to act as a role model to sales assistants by providing high levels of customer service through being an ambassador for the brand and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge. You will ensure your store colleagues are performing at their best by coaching and developing their service and sales skills. You will promote and raise awareness of promotions, the website and loyalty cards. When new staff member joins, you will support them with their induction and will help to review the performance of existing store staff. You will support the Store Manager with the look and layout of the store and be a vital support in the launch of sales and stock takes. In the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager you will be responsible for daily operations of the store, opening and closing, running end of day procedures and cashing up.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in a mid-market or luxury retailer, and already be working at supervisor level or at senior sales level and be looking for the next step up. This is a luxury brand therefore you must be smart and presentable. You should have excellent customer service skills. You should be flexible and able to work weekends and during peak seasonal trade such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
