Calling all Customer Service, Supervisor, Floor Manager Retail professionals to join a growing fashion retail brand ASAP!

My client has just opened a new boutique in London, known for their affordable premium fashion with ladieswear, menswear and childrenswear! Looking for a strong customer service manager to lead the team to provide their clients with the ultimate in store experience!

The role includes:

- Ensuring staff give their customer the best in store experience, going above and beyond to deliver.
- Delegating tasks and monitoring the team's performance.
- Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them, supporting with training and development.
- Completing paperwork, click and collect and handling complaints.
- Helping to hire new staff and supporting the store manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Immediately available
- Experience with managing in a fast paced environment.
- Come from a premium luxury fashion background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Passion for driving sales and team development.

Paying Up to £26,000 + Competitive Bonus!
