Head of Customer Service
This fast growing retail brand is currently seeking a talented Head of Customer service to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Customer Experience teams deliver against sale and profit targets and will be accountable for developing structure and processes, to ensure business growth and effectiveness.
The prime objective for the role is to be responsible for the customer experience piece across the whole business, covering all touch points and representing customer teams at Board level. They are looking for someone with a great personality who has experience managing customer experience teams (retail, sales or aftersales) in a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate must be an amazing leader with a track record of building and managing high performance teams. You should be super commercial and have experience of working with budgets and must be highly strategic!
A strong retail background would be highly desirable.
