Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate HRIS Coordinator to join them. The role will support the HR department and the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new ideas to the team and improve the usage of various systems across the business.
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys problem solving and data management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to build strong relationships with employees.
Key responsibilities will include and cover:
- HRIS Development - ensuring systems reflect budget and recruitment situation
- HR processes
- Data - managing quality of data and risk areas
- Social Indicators
- Preforming other adhoc tasks and supporting a wide range of general HR projects
