Our client a well-known fashion retailer is looking for an ER Manager to join their team!!
Managing a team of 4 you will be working across both Head Office and Retail, advising on a range of ER matters. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some exciting project work and support on a number of key initiatives.
This role requires someone who is an expert in Employee Relations, ideally gained within a retail environment and loves to work in an incredibly fast pace.
