The successful appointee to this exciting role in their flagship Salisbury store will ideally be familiar with selling luxury goods (preferably jewellery), with prior experience of watch products being particularly advantageous. Whichever your current sphere of merchandise involvement, your in-store standards are incredibly high, with uncompromising attention to every detail within the sales theatre.

Sales is absolutely your passion, and this role will afford you ample opportunity to showcase to your new associates how best to sell and serve.

 

You have demonstrable managerial capability, with a practical understanding of the elements expected of a store leader.

Your personal charisma naturally develops a great ‘can-do/will-exceed’ mentality within your team, inspiring and motivating your future colleagues to ever greater achievement.

Supporting the Store Manager, you can effortlessly deputise in their absence, maintaining the store’s sales and customer service ethos without any hint of interruption.

New collections of fine horological merchandise are shortly due to appear in this flagship location, therefore product training and supplier liaison to ensure all team members are suitably attuned to the new collections, will present a further exciting responsibility for the management team to share.

As with all their store locations, the company is keen to be represented at local networking events and marketing opportunities, be they inside or outside working hours; these outreach activities too will appeal to your entrepreneurial nature.
