Responsibilities
· Deliver budgeted sales
· Allocate targets and monitor individuals performance, developing and motivating team to
achieve budgeted sales
· Monitor brand performance and sales on a weekly basis and take action in order to improve
results
· Contribute towards the development of the department in line with consumer demands and
business opportunity
· Drive excellence in service levels in order to deliver a luxury customer experience at all times through motivating and developing team to achieve service excellence
· Drive clientelling within the Sales team, by training, coaching and developing the team to forge new relationships with clients and maintain/develop existing ones.
· Lead, Coach and develop the team to build teams overall capability. Actively manage both good and poor performance on the sales floor in order to support succession plans
· Communicate KPI's and manage on an ongoing basis, through performance review and on
going evaluation and feedback
· Demonstrate effective leadership
· Consistently meet high standards of branch presentation and ensure that guidelines outlined in Model Store are adhered to
- Deliver company objectives and adhere to host store guidelines at all times
- Maintain standards of back of house, ensuring procedures are adhered to in order to maximise stock control and security of the department and products.
