Customer Experience Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing brand who are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team at their gorgeous Head Office!
You will have experience in a similar role, leading a team of Customer Service Advisors. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience forming and maintaining great relationships with large clients and ensuring that the level of customer service delivered to them is of the highest quality. You must be an excellent motivator and proven leader of a team.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, good attention to detail, a great problem solver and the ability to develop and maintain internal relationships.
