Freedom Recruitment is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a well known and Iconic interior design Luxury brand – This is a new store opening and will be one of their highest profile stores.

My client is a leading brand with a huge global presence. An established company with a fantastic culture, great progression and an amazing salary available. They are now looking for a highly experienced Supervisor to join their brand in Guildford.
About The Role
- You will lead the your team to hit all sales and KPI targets
- You will demonstrate an ability to lead, motivate, train and develop your team.
- You will understand and implement commercial reports to positively influence trade.
- High turnover and fast paced environment.
About You
- You MUST have previous retail experience
- Previous experience supervising a team is preferred
- Good communication and product knowledge
- Be uber commercial and analytical.
