An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Manager for a Luxury Leather Goods brand in BLUEWATER. My client is looking for strong team leaders who have at least one year's previous experience in a managerial role with a LUXURY/PREMIUM store. The brand is highly regarded for its fashion forward approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to build a career in luxury retail and is looking to progress with a renowned brand.

The ideal candidate must come from a strong retail background with the ability to inspire and lead by example in a fast paced environment. The brand is renowned for its incredible handbags, so you must understand the current trends and have a passion for fashion. In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £32000 plus bonus!

The ideal candidate must:

Be a strong brand ambassador,
Will have experience managing a team in luxury retail setting,
Confident in driving sales and meeting KPI's,
Proven track record of sales excellence individually and within a team,
Ability to build and maintain client relationships,
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills,
You must have a proven track record of managing a large team and analysing figures,
A motivated team leader who is flexible and hardworking,
Have impeccable organisation skills.
