We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand as an Area Manager covering the South Region. In this role you will oversee and be responsible for a defined area of Shops, the Shop Managers and Retail Staff based throughout the UK and act as a liaison between the Shop Managers, staff and the U.K Regional Manager and Head Office.
To ensure that the Shop Managers are both maximising sales potential, achieving their seasonal financial K.P.I targets and seasonal financial focuses.
To ensure all customer relationship management initiatives are being accurately and consistently recorded on the till systems and practiced on the shop floor.
To guarantee a high level of customer service and experience is being delivered in the Shops and outside of the shop through our customer experience initiatives.
To form and maintain relationships with external partners and business contacts to explore opportunities and keep updated with market activities. Proposing new ideas and initiatives to increase business.
To liaise and offer feedback to the Buying Dept regarding stock opportunities, best and slow selling stock to ensure that the buys for the Shops are fully effective at all times; reflective of the customer demographic.
Essential Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum education of 2 A levels or equivalent practical attainment. High standard of qualifications in Maths at 'A' level or previous qualification level, or equivalent practical attainment. Advanced computer literacy in Excel and Word.
Previous proven Area Management experience of up to 10 shops for a luxury brand.
Very bright & practical. Skilled in analysis & interpretation of information & data. Very numerate.
Has the ability to motivate, develop & coach Shop Managers & Retail staff. Entrepreneurial
Proven, practical management skills & experience. Worked in close liaison with HR.

Ability to be an ambassador for the brand. Smart appearance and individual.
