We currently have an excitung opportunity for a Womenswear Department Manager to join our diverse and fashion forward second floor. We have a unique mix of both UK home grown designers accentuating our British Heritage, and everyone’s favourite designer classics. If you consider yourself on trend and have a love for brands such as Dries Van Noten, Eskandar, Peter Pilotto and Marni then this is the floor for you.


With a key focus on high value and contemporary, the role is focused on driving sales, managing and supporting an accomplished team of sales professionals and ensuring that standards of service are maintained throughout every aspect of the sales and after sales process.

Liberty has built up an established client base but is keen to welcome many new customers, so to be successful in this role a versatile and experienced department manager, capable of adapting to the needs of a constantly changing and varied business area is essential.

It would be ideal if you have knowledge and experience of Luxury products, know the importance of driving sales with a commercial focus. You will need an understanding of the market place and current trends relating to Luxury fashion as well as the ability to demonstrate a passion for the visual impact of your product area. 

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have an exceptional record as an established and experienced Manager in driving sales against stretching targets, delivering business growth, managing exceptional standards of service and motivating alongside developing and managing a team.

Your ability to prioritise, plan and allocate resource will be essential in ensuring the efficient running of the departments year round. Whether you are coming from a department store or standalone store management role, we will expect you to demonstrate your ability to run your area profitably.
