London Stores - Mobile Position

Full time

1 day per week home/ office admin

Salary: £28-35000 plus commission

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to work with a leading company who supply ethical, natural and organic beauty, body care brands and herbal and dietary supplements to customers across the UK & Europe and has been the leader in the market for nearly 30 years.

In the role you will supervise a dedicated team of makeup artists & beauty advisers , where you will share ideas for delivering creative expertise, develop brand awareness whilst working together to ensure the smooth and efficient promotions of our brands. Promoting niche products throughout our retail partners through in store demos, sampling, events and training.

Job Details:

To ensure the delivery of exceptional operational standards throughout all brands in store representatives. To ensure compliance in perm, temp & freelance field representative retail operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of in store brand ambassadors.


* To organise rotas
* To ensure that all our in store based staff adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of relevant activity, company policies and procedures.
* To train internal staff & external retailer partner staff on products
* To ensure that the visual presentation of all products within our partner stores represents the brand image and marketing strategies.
* To support the delivery of all marketing campaigns at a store/account level.
* To encourage in-store representatives to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward.
* To attend exhibitions and events as a brand representative promoting our natural products to possible B2B & B2C customers.
* To take a hands on approach to the role and also participate in in store activities with the aim of developing and ensuring growth of selected VIP accounts.
* To create a positive environment that results in stable retention and a reduction of in-store representative staff turnover.

Skills & Requirements:

* Passion for Natural Health or Beauty products
* Strong implementation management and service resources
* High levels of all aspects relating to oral/written communication - sharing information with candour that builds trust and enhances relationships
* Displays effective listening
* Consistently models desired behaviours and values established by the company
* Results oriented - sales goals, drives execution, problem solving skills
* Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Coach, counsel and motivate employees within a team environment
* Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately
* Continuously manages administrative functions to ensure quality and timeliness
* PC Proficiency- Especially Excel & spread sheet development
* Ability to travel as required meeting team and department goals
