Fixed term - 12 month contract (May be extended to permanent)

As Store Manager of a leading boutique at Bicester Village you will be responsible for managing the store and staff. You will lead the team to meet weekly, monthly and yearly targets, provide exceptional customer service and position the brand at the pinnacle of the village. Acting as a Brand Ambassador you will build the business through exceptional team management, focus on client retention and establishing relationships with key departments across the village.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Leading the sales team to meet weekly Targets, Monthly and Quarterly
*Setting exemplary standards of customer service
*Overseeing rotas and managing team paperwork
*Development of team to be the best they can be
*Implementing appropriate CRM tools and developing a client database.
*Working with the Area Sales and Education Manager and the Marketing Team to analyse the business and propose action plans to increase sales and set team targets.
*Working with the Area Sales and Education Manager to maintain good stock levels and collateral levels
*Ensuring merchandise is properly managed, displayed and stored
*Conducting regular training sessions with the store team
*Working with the retail management team to prepare for key seasons and trends
*Maintaining standards in accordance with company guidelines
*Acting as a Brand Ambassador, portraying the brand philosophy in your demeanor, attitude and approach
*Ensuring security of company property and premises by being vigilant at all times; inform the Store Manager of any suspected incidents of theft; ensure effective stock control is maintained at all times to minimise possible loss through theft (internal/external).
*Ensuring compliance with the company Health and Safety policy; understand the importance of reporting accidents in the workplace in accordance with the company procedure; manage stock in such a way as to prevent accidents

Skills & Experience

*Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail sales
*Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
*Knowledge and passion for luxury fragrance
*Exceptional leadership skills
*Exemplary customer service skills
*Exceptional communication and networking skills
*Experience in developing a client database and CRM program
*Experience in formulating and conducting training programs
*Fluent in English, knowledge of a second language is a plus
