Store Manager, World Famous Department Store, Super Brand

I am looking for a Store Manager for a luxury Italian Superbrand for London's most prestigious department store.

The store manager will be responsible for overseeing the various concessions within the department store and will need to have had multi site or area management experience.

The team size is 70 and the combined turnover is £25 Million.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skill set;

- Luxury or premium experience in a fast paced environment
- managing large turnovers and team sizes
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive performance
- Train and develop a management team in delivering exemplary client care
- Inspirational leadership style
- passionate about luxury fashion, ambassador for the brand

The right candidate for this role can expect a basic salary of between £90,000 - £95,000 depending on experience.
