We are currently recruiting for one of the most Iconic Brands within Luxury Retail globally. My client is renowned for its Luxury Lifestyle: specialising in products from Leather Goods, RTW, Home-ware, Watches and Fine Jewellery. With an incredible history the brand has developed over the years to be the biggest luxury fashion house notorious for there craftsmanship and heritage and bespoke aspects to the products.

Based in London's most prestigious shopping streets my client is looking for a strong Manager to join their Flagship Boutique.

You will be a natural leader, who understands the importance of one on one service, building long standing relationships with clients.

The right candidate will be at the forefront of the store, you must come from a Luxury fashion house managing a high turnover and pace. This is a fast pace environment you must understand how to deal with a pacey concession within a luxury environment whilst still maintaining the up-most importance of service. You will be familiar with managing large teams and have great commercial awareness.

Over seeing a team of 15, your motivational and nurturing manor will drive and inspire your team to achieve individual targets and KPI'S, whilst making sure the up most customer service levels are maintained within the boutique. You must be a driven, assertive manager who wants to grow within a business.

In return my client is paying salaries up to £50,000 plus incredible bonus and commission, pension and other incredible benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join brand that offers incredible training programmes and thrive staff retention.
