I am partnering an intimate, empowering, contemporary luxury lingerie brand to find a Boutique Manager for a location in Central London.

To drive the performance of your store by leading, motivating and developing the store team, setting high standards of store presentation and service levels. To drive new clients by hosting events and networking within the local community.

Having a passion for the product is a must!!

The ideal candidate:

*Will have real entrepreneurial flair and experience in running a business as if it's their own
*Must be inspirational leader that has the work ethos to drive sales and team
*The candidate would need proven experience with new store openings or start up business.
*Experience with online customer service and e - commerce
*The candidate must have experience and proven results for achieving set targets, profit with a high level of customer service
