Elite Associates have collaborated with a luxury leading retailer who is renowned for there service and craftsmanship within the industry. Being a leading global luxury innovator we are looking for a Strong Retail Training Manager to drive business commercially and service in store.

The successful candidate must have:

Luxury Retail management background experience.
A minimum of 2 years retail training experience with a proven track record of implementing strategies in store to increase service levels and profitability.

Working closely with front life staff, you will implement training strategies to elevate client experience, creating a culture of service excellence, and a strong commercial mind-set. You must have a proven track record of analysing business results/KPIs and lead by example, inspiring those around you.

Your will partner with Store Managers to deliver training programmes,enabling retail teams to enhance client experience and develop skills to engage our Clients. Through corporate strategy, you will train and coach Client Advisers to become Luxury ambassadors.

Implementing a training plan to contribute to business growth, answering to the needs of the business through selling skills, product training and coaching.
In return my client is paying up to £50,000 plus an excellent bonus scheme.
