Operations Manager, Retail Stores – Ladies Fashion

A Retail Operations Manager is required to join this expanding ladies’ retailer.  You will need to have previous experience in an Operations Manager role, ideally womenswear fashion.

Responsibilities for the Operations Manager will include managing the Store Managers, being the link between the Head Office Buying / Merchandising teams and the stores, managing budgets, establishing merchandising plans and implementing as needed as well as managing the shop window creative process with Head Office colleagues.

Applicants for the Retail Operations Manager will have worked within a similar role within a fashion retailer, ideally have ladieswear experience, have a creative flair, be analytical and be used to updating and analysing statistical reports. The retailer is very customer focused and adhere to be know for being the best customer service wise on the high street.

It's essential that applicants hold a full UK driving license as well as travelling to stores daily will be a major part of this role.
