Business Manager

We are working with an established niche beauty skincare brand who have a flagship concession in one of London's luxury department stores.

The role encompasses responsibilities across team management, Sales figure analysis and reporting and driving sales in store.

Key Account-abilities:

*Demonstrate business growth within the host store, utilizing store activity, beauty room bookings and organising activity and events regularly
*People management responsibilities (recruitment, training, development and management)
*Relationship building within the host store management and team
*Driving team to achieve KPIs and targets
*Managing targets; breakdown targets set to daily, weekly, monthly and implementation of incentive schemes
*Initiate and implement activity and events to increase sales
*Analysis of sales and host store department trends
*Clear reporting on sales, trends and activity to include completion of company issued paperwork adhering to deadlines
*Maintaining Rotas and managing holiday requests in accordance with business needs
*Responsible stock management through host store with proactive communication to Space Brands and host store management
*Adhering to company guidelines in relation to Visual Merchandising, Beauty Room and appearance
*Management of the Beauty Room staffing, bookings and equipment
*Leading the team and self to drive exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
*Act as a role model for rest of the team
*Brand ambassador for Space Brands
*Drive customer loyalty
*Understand Host Store expectations for customer service, adhering to relevant mystery shop reports and Host Store targets

Required Skills and Experience:
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy
*Minimum 5 years experience in luxury retail
*Minimum 2 years experience in a management role
*Demonstrates a high level of customer engagement experience within a luxury brand
*Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
*Confident in reporting sales figures
*Strong management skills
*Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven
*Passion for the brand
*Willing to adapt and take on new challenges

It is a requirement of the role that you are beauty therapist trained as you will need to be able to carry out our signature treatments (full training will be provided)
