Our client, one the UK most respected womenswear Luxury brand are recruiting for a Store Manager to manage the opening of their new flag ship store in Central London.
The Store Manager should be experienced across fashion and lifestyle products with an a strong sales background and the ability to business develop and mentor a small team to drive customer awareness to the store.
Maximize sales and develop the store client book: client conversion and retention.
Create and oversee the clienteling strategy: client experience and engagement, CRM actions, VICs interaction, trunk shows and private sales events with new and existing customers.
Partner with external sales drivers: stylists, personal shoppers and private concierges.
Meet the store operating budget, controlling store expenses.
Foster a Client centric mind-set by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
Guarantee an excellent Client satisfaction and the highest level of Client service.
Implement, in partnership with other company functions, clienteling initiatives and events, securing Client loyalty and increasing Client spending.
Foster a strong private appointment culture.
Oversee a full team including Stock/Store Administrator.
Training and team management.
Develop the team and set exceed their KPIs.
Training of the brand employees (products and retail excellence).
Recruitment and management of store team sales performance.
Develop a proper sales strategy, in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
Ensure that the display attracts Clients and maximizes sales in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure synergy and cooperation between front and back of house.
Responsible for the enforcement of company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and all the main reporting activities requested by the head office.
Minimum 5-10 years industry and product experience and an interest in luxury/fashion.
Leadership and team management.
Computer literate (Excel and Word)
Ability to motivate and persuade people.
